Refund & Exchanges

We want your shopping with 🦆 to be stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how returns and exchanges work:

1. Check & Try

When your order arrives, you can open the package and try the item while the courier delegate is waiting: 

• If it doesn’t fit or is not suitable, hand it back to the courier delegate on the spot.
  

• In this case, you’ll just pay the shipping fees
  

2. After Delivery

Do you change your mind after the courier has left? No problem. You can contact us through Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp:

• Refunds: Customers can send us their request within 15 working days. Once we receive the item from the courier and our quality team checks it, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or Instapay.

• Exchanges: Customers can send us their request within 7 working days, along with providing us a picture of the items in original condition (new, unworn, and unwashed).

• If there is a price difference:
  

• If the new item is lower in price: the difference will be refunded via bank transfer or Instapay after the returned item is received and passed on to the quality team.
  
  

• If the new item is higher in price: you can pay the extra amount directly to the courier delegate upon exchange.
  

3. Who Pays Shipping?

Other than normal order shipping fees and exchanges or refunds:

• If it’s our mistake (wrong item, defect), we cover all shipping fees after confirming with our specialized team that it’s a defective or wrong item first.
  

• If for any other reason, the customer covers the shipping.

• إذا لم يكن المقاس مناسبًا، يمكنك استرجاعه في الحال
  

• في هذه الحالة، سيتم دفع رسوم الشحن فقط
  

:بعد الاستلام

يمكنك الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب خلال التواصل معنا عن طريق :الفيسبوك/ الإنستجرام/ الواتساب

• الاسترجاع: متاح خلال 15 يوم عمل من تاريخ الاستلام. يتم رد المبلغ عن طريق التحويل البنكي أو انستاباي بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه من فريق الجودة
  

• الاستبدال: متاح خلال 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام.
  
  :في حالة وجود فرق في السعر
  

• إذا كان المنتج الجديد اقل سعرا: يتم استرداد فرق السعر عن طريق التحويل البنكي او الأنستاباي بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه
  

• إذا كان المنتج الجديد اعلي سعرا: يتم دفع فرق السعر مباشرةً لمندوب التوصيل عند الاستبدال
  

:رسوم الشحن 

• في حال وجود ( عيوب صناعة او استلام تصميم خطأ )، سنتحمل جميع رسوم الشحن
  

• إذا كان الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأي أسباب آخري, يتم تحمل العميل رسوم الشحن
